Veggie Pizza

If you are need the perfect appetizer, a new lunch idea, or a great snack, you are going to want to try this veggie pizza. My mother-in-law made this pizza and I could not stop eating it. It is delicious.

Let’s Bake

•2 Packs Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

•8 oz Cream Cheese

•Pack of ranch seasoning

•Broccoli

•Onion

•Pepper

•Tomato

•Shredded Cheese

•Salt and pepper to taste


Spread the package of Pillsbury crescent rolls on a flat pan. Bake according to the directions. Blend one pack of cream cheese with a pack of ranch seasoning mix (two tablespoons of ranch seasoning). Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the baked crescent roll. Cut up whatever vegetables you like into tiny pieces and spread it on top of cream cheese mixture. I used broccoli, an onion, a pepper, and tomatoes. Add a layer of shredded cheese. Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
