Fried Potatoes
I grew up eating fried potatoes. My mom makes the best hands down. (Actually, my mom makes the best food in general.) I have never been able to make mine taste as good as hers. I had to make a whole different style of fried potatoes in order to make them taste great. These are a hit with the whole family.
They are delicious and it's easy to make them. I used my new vegetable chopper and it was a breeze to get everything prepared. Click here for vegetable chopper.
