Beef Enchiladas

  • 1lb Ground Beef (I use All natural lean ground beef 93% Lean 7%Fat)

  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper

  • Package Taco Seasoning

  • 1/4 Cup Chucky Salsa

  • 1 Can Red Enchiladas Sauce

  • 8 Soft Tortilla

  • 3 Cups Shredded Cheese

  • Toppings Optional (Lettuce, Sourcream, tomato, salsa, etc)


Preheat oven to 350°. Add ground beef to a frying pan, add in salt and pepper. Cook meat until completely brown. Add taco seasoning, a splash of water, and salsa. Return to stove for a few minutes. In a baking dish, add about 1/4 of the Red Enchiladas Sauce. Coat both sides of the tortilla in the red sauce (as seen in video). Add cheese and meat to the tortilla. Fold tortillas placing in baking dish. Once all tortillas are filled, top with cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
